This experience is combination of Standard experience + wine tasting of 3 different wine makers. On this way you could explore not only different Bosnian meals but also different Herzegovina quality wines. On this course you will learn to make:

1. Onions filled with minced meat, rice and spices (Sogan dolma);
2. Mangel/spinach leaves rolled and filled with minced meat, rice and spices (Japrak);
3. Paprika filled with minced meat, rice and spices (Dolma);
4. Bosnian pita 1 – Phyllo dough rolled with potatoes or cheese or spinach or meat (depending on season)  
5. Bosnian pita 2 – Phyllo dough rolled with potatoes or cheese or spinach or meat (depending on season)
